Expanding Recruiter Search Capabilties through GenAI Resume Parsing
Recruiters need to scan through search results quickly, so providing concise integrations between LLM-parsed resume data and Linkedin profile data is crucial. I led a cross functional effort between 3 teams to merge and decorate resume data seamlessly into the existing recruiter search experience.
